Thank you for trusting us with this milestone. Our vision is a stay that feels like a private home rather than a resort — soft mornings by the water, thoughtful long-table dinners, and one unforgettable celebration night in Deola’s honour.
Each property below comfortably hosts your group with room for family, close friends and the flexibility to add curated experiences. We have noted where a villa shines, and where we would want to confirm details before committing — so the shortlist is easy to compare and easy to decide on.
The per-room pricing shown reflects the average accommodation cost only, assuming two guests per room. Meals, activities, transfers and celebration production will be added separately — we are estimating these at approximately $1,200 per guest.

Verify availability & hold
We contact each vendor directly to confirm your dates, event permissions and any noise or guest-count conditions in writing.

Review the final proposal
You receive a single itemised proposal: villa, transfers, private chef, celebration night production and optional excursions.
04
Secure the booking
A 30–50% deposit (property dependent) confirms the villa. We then open the guest rooming list and begin experience planning.

Entry & visa requirements
Guidance for guests travelling from the USA, UK, Canada and Nigeria. All visitors should hold a passport valid for the full stay, proof of onward or return travel, and complete Costa Rica’s online entry form (Declaración Jurada) within 72 hours of arrival.
United States
No visa required
US passport holders may enter visa-free for up to 180 days. Passport must be valid for the duration of stay.
United Kingdom
No visa required
UK passport holders may enter visa-free for up to 90 days. Passport must be valid for the duration of stay.
Canada
No visa required
Canadian passport holders may enter visa-free for up to 180 days. Passport must be valid for the duration of stay.
Nigeria
Visa required — unless exempt
Nigerian passport holders normally require a consular visa. However, Costa Rica waives the visa for holders of a valid multiple-entry US, Canadian, Schengen, UK, Japanese or South Korean visa (valid at least 3 months beyond arrival), or a US/Canadian permanent residence card. Otherwise, apply at the Costa Rican consulate — allow 8–12 weeks.
Requirements are current at time of writing and can change. We recommend guests confirm with their nearest Costa Rican consulate at least three months before departure — we are happy to support any guest with documentation letters or an invitation from the villa.
